Jack O’Connell has joined the cast of Legendary’s next Monsterverse film, joining actors Kaitlyn Dever and Dan Stevens. BAFTA-winning actor Jack O’Connell, celebrated for his role in ‘Sinners,’ has officially signed on for the next installment of Legendary’s Monsterverse. While his character details remain undisclosed, O’Connell joins an exciting cast featuring Kaitlyn Dever and Dan Stevens, who reprises his part as veterinarian Trapper Beasley from the highly successful film ‘Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire.’
Directed by Grant Sputore, the screenplay is penned by Dave Callaham. Although specific plot details are scarce, it’s anticipated that this upcoming entry will introduce several new human characters and showcase Godzilla and Kong in a high-stakes battle against a world-ending threat.
